I'm Kaustav, a queer man (he/him) from Calcutta, now based in Bangalore, India.

I'm the VP-Marketing for two global fashion brands, a TED speaker on Fashion, and a guest lecturer at IIM-Ahmedabad.

My work on gender-nonconformance has been featured in NPR (US), Vogue, GQ, and more. I collaborate with designers like Urvashi Kaur and organizations like The Natural Diamond Council.

Fashion empowered me to find my voice after struggling with self-acceptance. I advocate for diversity and visibility, especially for young individuals like us.

I'm also passionate about classical Indian thumris, reading, writing, and spending time with my four dogs.
