I am YAIKHOM SUSHIEL, known as Sushiru or DAME IMFALA on stage. I identify as Trans Non-Binary, using she/they/he pronouns. Based in Mumbai, I'm a fashion design graduate from NIFT Mumbai and a model, as well as a drag artist.

My drag persona fuses high fashion with my Meitei culture, and I'm trained in Manipuri classical and folk dance. From a young age, I embraced performing arts, confidently navigating my trans identity and body image challenges.


Through drag and fashion, I've learned not to take life too seriously. I enjoy crafting new designs and performances, and I'm also a Pokemon Go enthusiast.
